Frequently Asked Questions Homeowners
How do you set the price for a specific renovation or repair?
For medium to bigger jobs, we would do a walk-through and will actively listen to you, to clearly understand and determine what you need and want to accomplish, and then, will provide you with a written estimate which will include all associated costs to get your project or repair done. You can count on our experience to give you alternative ideas and options in case you need them.
How do I determine if I need a Half-Day Handyman Package is what I need?
A half-day is four hours or less. Once you have the list of the tasks you want to tackle, share it with us, if you can send us photos or video, even better! This way we can determine if the Half-Day Package would work for your specific needs.
Most homeowners find that their projects can fit into a half-day service, we will schedule with a handyman whose skills best fit your projects.
If we determine that one of those projects won’t fit into a Handyman package, we would advise you to get a quote and treat it as a single specific project.
What’s the price of the Half-Day Handyman Package?
Even though we charge a flat fee for the package, each flat fee varies a little depending on the location, complexity, and variety of the tasks to be completed. Request your service and share your To-do list and and will give you the flat fee, No Obligation.!
Should I get and provide all the materials?
If you call for a quote for a specific repair or project it will depend on your preference and type of project.
For Handyman Package we recommend you purchasing all materials ahead of time to maximize the handyman’s time to focus on getting the tasks done.
What if I forgot to buy or we need a different or more materials than anticipated?
This kind of situation sometimes happens, don’t worry, we are always willing to run to the improvement store, just keep in mind that any time spent driving and shopping for items does count as part of the four-hour time.
Do I need to provide any tools or equipment?
No need to worry about that, RENO CREW, is responsible for having the tools and basic supplies needed for your project. However, any support you might want to provide is always welcome.
What happens if the work is not finished in the estimated package?
Sometimes things can get more complicated than anticipated, in the rare case that all of your projects are not completed when your time is up, we will let you know how much more time is needed to finish the work. At that time, it is up to you to agree to the additional costs associated with the extra time spent.
We recommend prioritizing your list of tasks/repairs so that your most important items are handled first.
Remember to have all the materials needed on hand to complete your project.
The Handyman will have the necessary tools and might help with small things like some screws, nails, glue, etc. But having all materials ready will save precious time and help us to get your projects on time.
