Guided by our unique checklist and vast experience we will make sure your investment property will be up and running for the next tenant ASAP!
You have two options to choose from:
1. We can do a detailed inspection and present you with our findings, recommendations, and a quote (recommended).
Knowing about all issues is best before a new tenant moves in. However you get to decide what to fix, we can adjust the Turnover and repairs to your budget prioritizing cosmetic damage and health and safety codes.
2. List the specific issues you want us to tackle and we will give you a quote, only for what you want to get done.
